One of the ways in which we ensure that our clients have peace of mind experiences, is to apply a project management approach diligently.

Each contract with a client is run as a project. The project launches after the proposal has been accepted and the skills funding model has been approved.

An initial session is scheduled during which the various role-players are introduced and the project is explained. The progress of the project is monitored and reported on throughout the lifecycle of the project to conclusion, with various touch points where the client are informed of progress.

The project concludes when all the learners have completed their respective theoretic and practical phases and have received their certificates.
