Skills College, a Level 2 B-BBEE Skills Development specialist, offers comprehensive, tailor-made spend solutions focusing on Skills Development to guide corporates in the implementation of projects in the Skills Development element of the B-BBEE Scorecard.
Project Management
A project management approach is followed with an initiation session during which the corporates’ requirements are discussed and the various Skills Spend Funding models are explored, a proposal is presented and once approved the project proceeds to implementation. The progress of the project is monitored and reported on throughout the lifecycle of the project to conclusion.
The Team
An experienced and qualified core team consisting of consultants, managers, education experts and administrative personnel as well as facilitators, assessors and moderators help to position Skills College as the supplier of choice for the implementation of Skills Development spend solutions for the Skills Development portion of the B-BBEE Scorecard.
Skills College offers customised training solutions through a blended learning approach, for example face-to-face sessions at client or Skills College premises, which could be supported by self-paced e-learning programmes.
