Meet the Team
The Skills College team is a combination of people from a variety of backgrounds, bringing together a rich portfolio of experiences.
Marius & Danél as CEO, MD and Director respectively, form the executive leadership team, and they ensure that the company is heading towards our vision of becoming a strategic influencer in the field of B-BBEE Skills Development Expenditure. Their experience as entrepreneurs and solid financial management place the company on a solid foundation for the rest of the company to follow.

The Marketing and Client Experience team is headed up by Jacques and they aim to create magical interactions with our clients, which leave them with a strong peace of mind.
Lehlohonolo heads up the Recruitment team, who brings a totally outsourced service of finding, selecting and appointing learners for our wide variety of learning offering. He and Monique operate as Campus managers, looking after the smooth operating of our two campuses in local communities.
Thabo and the Education and training team support our bursary learners by providing on-line support and guidance to these students, while Harm and his Project Managers ensure that the Operations Department provide day-to-day execution of all the projects under Skills College’s banner.
Liezl leads the Learning team who provide all the facilitation services as well as all the ETQA responsibilities.
