All employers are required to submit their Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and Annual Training Reports (ATR) for the 2026 to 2027 reporting period by 30 April 2026.
These submissions form part of South Africa’s national skills development framework and are a key requirement for accessing mandatory grant funding through the relevant SETA. They also ensure that employer training initiatives and skills development investments are formally recognised.
